During the lockdown I had the opportunity to return to the pleasure of reflecting on forms and things dear to me.
Making pottery in its essential. I fished out distant images in my mind but carried them to a near aesthetics. The technique is essential, my fingers are visible in all the surface of the vase. The color is a particular finishing that creates just a leather opacity, particular even to the touch.
